Online casino withdrawals: the clauses that decide when you get paid
The money · an online casino that pays
The question «does this casino pay?» is not answered by reviews. It is answered by three clauses in the terms and one small withdrawal before you deposit seriously. Here are the three clauses, what they say at real casinos, and how to run the test from Chile.
In our register of trusted online casinos in Chile, two of the five tests are about withdrawals: whether the casino writes down when it asks you for documents, and whether it writes down how much it lets you take out. This page explains those clauses with examples, adds a third that holds up more withdrawals than you would think, and ends with the test withdrawal.

Clause 1: verification before the payout
Almost every casino reserves the right to ask for documents before paying. The difference is whether it says when and what.
- Rakebit asks, on the first withdrawal, for a selfie or good-quality photo and a proof of address. You know in advance that you will go through it.
- Bitcasino.io may run an additional check on withdrawals above 2,500 EUR (clause 6.6). Below that, in principle not.
- Vave may ask for documents before any payout, and gives you 14 days to send them (clause 8.7). It did not ask on either of our two withdrawals.
- Bitsler may ask for proof of age or identity at any time (4.3).
What to do with this: if the casino verifies on the first withdrawal, have the documents ready before you request it. If it verifies above an amount, keep your test withdrawal below that amount. If it can verify «at any time», assume it will on a large win.
Clause 2: the withdrawal cap
A written cap tells you how much you can take out per period. Win more and you collect in parts.
- Rakebit: 10,000 EUR every 24 hours.
- Wild Fortune: 15,000 EUR a month (clause 11.8). A 45,000 EUR win would take three months to come out in full.
- Bitcasino.io: up to 1,000,000 USDT processed a week (6.10).
- Vave: a win of 50,000 USDT or more may be paid in instalments over 30 days (8.8).
What to do with this: multiply. If the cap is monthly and low, a big win can take months. That is not a trick when it is written down, but it is worth knowing before you play for high stakes. If the casino publishes no cap at all, the maximum is whatever it decides.
Clause 3: wagering the deposit before withdrawing it
We do not score this one, but it holds up plenty of withdrawals. Some casinos require you to wager your deposit once or several times before you can withdraw it, even if you took no bonus. Vave asks for three times (clause 8.11). Clauses like this usually exist so that nobody uses a casino to move money without playing.
What to do with this: if you deposit 20 USDT for a test and the casino asks for the deposit to be wagered three times, you have to wager 60 USDT in total before withdrawing. Take that into account when you plan the test.
The live bonus: the commonest brake
If you accepted a bonus, the withdrawal waits until you finish its rollover. With a 150% bonus and a ×35 rollover, a deposit of 100 USDT gives 150 USDT of bonus and demands 5,250 USDT in bets before you can withdraw. For the test withdrawal, take no bonus. More detail in bonuses.
The test withdrawal in four steps
- 1Deposit little
The smallest amount the cashier takes, on the cheapest network you have. Do not switch on any bonus: a live bonus locks the withdrawal until the rollover is done.
- 2Play for a while
Some houses require the deposit to be wagered before it can be withdrawn (Vave asks for three times, in clause 8.11). Read that in the terms, not in the chat.
- 3Ask for the withdrawal
To the same address and on the same network you deposited from. Write down the date, the time and the transaction ID.
- 4Watch what happens
If it arrives, good. If documents are asked for, find the clause that allows it. If it sits «pending» with no deadline, that is your answer about the casino.
A few points for doing it from Chile:
- Amount: the smallest the cashier accepts, on the cheapest network you have. At Vave, according to a help-centre table dated September 2023, the minimum USDT deposit is 3 on Solana and 5 on TRC-20.
- Network: withdraw on the same network you deposited on. If you deposited USDT on Solana, ask for the withdrawal on Solana.
- Records: note the date, the time, the amount and the transaction ID (the «hash»). If something goes wrong, that is the one thing support cannot argue with.
- Destination: your own wallet, or your account at an exchange in your own name. From there you sell for pesos and transfer to your bank.
How to read the result
- Arrived, no documents: a good sign for similar amounts. It does not guarantee the same for large ones: that is where caps and amount-based checks come in.
- Arrived, with verification: normal if the clause said so. If the requirements were not written down, make a note.
- Pending with an explanation: support cites a clause (rollover, wagering the deposit, verification). Check it; if it is true, satisfy it.
- Pending with no explanation, or you are asked to deposit more to release it: stop. It is one of the clearest warning signs.
Why we publish no payout times
Because we do not have them. At Vave we asked for two withdrawals and both arrived, on 28 August and 2 September 2026, without anyone asking for documents. That is not a statistic: with a different amount, a different network or a different day the result may differ. The times you see in other lists («withdrawal in 5 minutes», «paid within 24 hours») almost never say where they come from. We would rather give you a method for measuring it yourself.
